Session duration: 50 minutes
Psychodynamic, psychoanalytical, requires consistency. Your therapist will offer you a time that works for you so that you can make most use of your attendance. Once a time is agreed between the therapist and yourself, cancellations or missed appointments are charged for. If you know in advance that you are unable to keep an appointment, you may request an alternative time within the same week. If the therapist has an alternative time available, it will be offered to you at no extra charge.
Payment
By cash on the day or bank transfer
By bank transfer two days prior to assessment
Clients known to Annis Booker may be invoiced at the end of each month. Payment is due within 7 days.
Complaints
In the first instance please discuss any concerns with your therapist. It may be a vital part of the therapy and misunderstandings can usually be quickly resolved. The registration body, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) offers a complaint and mediation service. Confidentiality
It is important that you feel you can trust your therapist and tell your therapist anything. Confidentiality is strictly maintained with the following exceptions. If the therapist believes you might harm yourself or someone else.
